Every refund client is a second revenue line.
Refund products let your clients pay nothing at the desk — their fees come from the refund. Your office earns a rebate on every completed product, on top of the prep fee, and our own funding fee scales to $0 as you grow.

Industry-leading banks. Made seamless by our technology.
We sit on top of the refund banks the industry already trusts and layer our own high-end technology on top — so funding is faster and smoother for you and your clients. Your client decides how they get paid: a prepaid card, or straight to their account.

Client opts into a refund product
At intake, the taxpayer chooses to have prep fees pulled from their refund instead of paying upfront. No card, no cash at the desk.
Return is filed and accepted
It goes to the IRS through the same pipeline as every other filing — 98% acceptance, instant acknowledgment.
Funds route through the bank
When the refund funds, an industry-leading bank partner deducts the fees and disburses the balance the way your client chose.
Your client gets paid their way
A prepaid card or straight to their account — their choice, in their hands fast. Advances up to $7,500 for those who qualify.

Each option is a reason for a client to choose your office — and a fee opportunity when they do.
Refund advances up to $7,500
Eligible clients access part of their expected refund fast — a powerful draw during the early season rush when taxpayers need cash now.
Refund transfer
The taxpayer pays nothing upfront. Prep and product fees come out of the refund, and your office collects automatically when it funds.
Prepaid card disbursement
Unbanked clients receive their refund on a reloadable card instead of waiting on a check or needing an account.
In-office check printing
Print the disbursement check right at the desk when the refund funds — instant hand-off, no mailing delay.
A rebate on every product
Every completed refund product pays your office a rebate on top of the prep fee — with no upfront invoice to chase.

Banking partners
The banking leaders the industry trusts — easier to work with.
We’ve already integrated the established, FDIC-insured bank partners and refund-product programs that power tax season. Your office taps their advances, transfers, and disbursement through one dashboard — we just make them far easier to work with. One integration, one settlement, no new portals.
Every product is issued by trusted bank partners — reached through your existing TaxWallet dashboard. No new portals, no separate onboarding.

If you're filing refund clients without offering a refund product, you're leaving a funding fee on the table for every one of them. Let's set up the economics for your office.

Bank product terms
Issued by third-party banks. Refund transfers and refund advances are originated and funded by independent, industry-leading bank partners — not by TaxWallet. TaxWallet provides the technology layer that connects your office to those banks and makes funding faster and seamless. Eligibility, approval, advance amounts, and disbursement are determined solely by the bank.
Third-party fees may attach. The bank may charge its own fees on a refund transfer or advance. Any such fees are set by the bank, deducted from the refund by the bank, and disclosed to the taxpayer in writing before they agree — TaxWallet does not set or collect them.
The TaxWallet funding fee is separate. Our per-funded-product technology fee is volume-tiered and reaches $0 once your office passes 301 fundings. It is distinct from any bank fee charged to the taxpayer.
Refund advances up to $7,500 are offered by third-party banking partners and are subject to taxpayer eligibility and bank approval; not all applicants qualify and amounts vary. Figures shown are typical and not a guarantee. This summary is for convenience and does not replace the bank’s disclosures or your service agreement.
