What you'll do
- Monitor filing, acknowledgements, and disbursements across offices through peak season.
- Triage exceptions fast — rejections, bank-product holds, and edge cases.
- Turn recurring issues into process and product improvements.

- Hands-on experience in tax prep, e-file operations, or bank products.
- Calm, detail-obsessed, and organized under deadline pressure.
- Familiarity with IRS e-file workflows is a strong plus.
