- Resolve issues fast and escalate the ones that need engineering or operations.
- Feed recurring questions back into the knowledge base and product.

- Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
- Support experience with a knack for clear, human explanations.
- Bonus: familiarity with tax filing or fintech products.
