Optional recording — saved to the Calls tab with inline playback.
SMS from the same context — your number, the lead's number, no copy-paste.
Get set up
This rides on the customer's existing Twilio integration — no extra account, no new bill. If your office hasn't connected Twilio yet, head to Office → Integrations; setup runs about 5 minutes.
On the roadmap
We'll roll out group calling (warm transfers between operators) in the next minor release.
