TaxWallet Voice rides on your existing Twilio account — no extra bill, no shared phone pool. Setup is genuinely five minutes if you already have a Twilio number.

1

Grab three values from your Twilio console

Account SID (starts AC...), an API Key SID (starts SK...), and the API Key Secret. If you don't have an API Key yet, create one under Account → API Keys with the Standard permission level.
2

Open Office Management → Office Directory → your office → Integrations

in the dashboard. Tap "Connect Twilio".
3

Paste the three values + your outbound caller-ID number

(in E.164 format, e.g. +13055551212). Hit Save. We seal the SID + Secret with the office's integration key before it touches the database.
4

Test the call

Open any lead with a phone number, tap Call. You should hear the ringback within 2 seconds.
5

(Optional) Enable inbound

Set the Voice URL on your Twilio number to https://api.jadee.io/Twilio/Inbound?customerId=YOUR_ID and incoming calls will route to whoever's on duty in the dashboard.

If any step fails, the integrations panel shows you which test failed (auth / number lookup / capability check) so you're not flying blind.
