Recover a call recording after the fact (when the call log forgot)

When LeadCallID is missing, the player auto-recovers via the embedded CallSid marker. Here's how it works.

Occasionally a Leads_Calls row lands without its LeadCallID — usually a network hiccup at the exact moment of hangup. The recording is still on Twilio. Here's how to find it.

1

Open the Calls tab on the lead

, find the row, and look at the description. Every call now carries its CallSid marker in the form [CA…] appended to the description.
2

Click the play button in the row

If LeadCallID was missing, the player automatically does a recovery lookup: it parses the [CA…], hits /api/jadee/twilio/recordings-for-call?callSid=…, picks the newest recording for that call, and streams it.
3

If there's no [CA…] marker

(pre-September calls), open the row's details drawer and copy the timestamp. Then in Office → Integrations → Twilio → Recording history, filter by date — it'll be the one matching your call's duration to within a second.

Going forward, every new call records with both the CallSid marker AND the LeadCallID so this dance becomes unnecessary. This is for the back-catalog only.
