This AI Model Disclosure (“Disclosure”) describes how TaxWallet (“Company”, “we”, “our”) incorporates artificial intelligence systems into certain features of the Platform, including the dashboard, mobile applications, document automation, return organization tools, and communication workflows.

AI features are designed to improve efficiency — AI outputs are NOT tax advice and must not be relied upon as such.
3. No Tax, Legal, or Financial Advice
AI-generated content is not tax advice, legal advice, financial guidance, or a substitute for professional judgment.

AI tools are intended to assist, not replace, human decision-making.

AI outputs may be stored only as needed to support your workflow (e.g., extracted data, summaries).

Your data stays within isolated processing systems and is never provided to model developers for training or dataset enrichment.

- Third-party providers act only as processors, not data owners,
- They are contractually bound to confidentiality and GLBA/FTC-compliant security,
- They may not train their models on your data,
- They may not retain or use your data for any purpose other than performing the requested operation.
A list of providers may be updated as necessary within the Platform.
